Functions: To increase arm strength and build up the muscular endurance of your shoulders and arms.
Approaches: Stand between the two bars and take hold of the two bars respectively with two hands. Hold up your body, and then swing back and both or bend your legs to make your feet leave the ground. Relax and revert.
