A: Air-cooled stainless steel flake ice machine with PLC
The evaporator of the flake ice maker is composed of stainless steel or carbon steel that has been chrome-plated. The internal spiral groove structural design and the V-shaped groove welding method save more than 5% to 8% of the energy used by comparable equipment in the industry.

We adjusted the temperature of the annealing furnace for the flake ice machine between 950°C and 1200°C in order to eliminate the internal stress of the steel and cause the steel of the ice evaporator to expand in line with the principle of thermal expansion and contraction.
